IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
A chat will be held with attendees who make their reservation to coordinate their transfers, provide information, notices, or schedule adjustments by the MEXTESOL event.
They must wear their ID badge at all times, which may be checked prior to their departure and return transfer services.
The services are shared.
Passengers must arrive at the hotel lobbies 10 minutes before the scheduled time, as buses or vans cannot wait. In case of missed transfers due to unavailability, participants will be responsible for their own transportation costs. There are no refunds for late arrivals.
In case of cancellations 15 days prior, a 70% refund will be issued.
In case of cancellations made 14 to 7 days prior, a 50% refund will be issued.
Cancellations made 6 days before the service date will not be eligible for a refund.
