On this tour, in addition to learning about the history of Puebla, you'll walk its streets to visit a mole mill, the street of typical sweets, a city tour, and different spots where Puebla residents traditionally enjoy a wide variety of dishes. Throughout the tour, we'll taste a wide variety of typical foods such as: Tamales, Torta con Tamal, Chalupas Poblanas, Pelonas, Molotes, Memelas, Quesadillas, Cemitas, Arab Tacos, Green and Red Pipián, and the traditional Puebla Mole, learning about their ingredients and how to make them. During Chile en Nogada season, you'll also try the authentic ones. So start the tour with a light stomach so you can try everything! We'll share some mole recipes and typical Puebla food, and you'll also taste delicious and traditional sweets such as: Camotes, Galletas de Santa Clara, Borrachitos, etc. During this delicious tour, we will also admire the Colonial and Religious Town, considered a World Heritage Site, and finally, we will give you a small recipe book.
